The Phantom Blade Zero collectibles are three key progression materials — Sha-Chi Ambers, Blackstones and Memory Flowers — plus accessories, lore collectibles and the jade chests. The in-game achievements pin the targets exactly: 10 Sha-Chi Ambers, 10 complete Memory Flower sets, 10 Blackstones and 30 Accessories. A first playthrough reveals only around 30% of the game, and following the main path alone gives roughly 50–60% of the resources.

Sha-Chi Ambers

Sha-Chi Amber Fragments raise Soul's Sha-Chi pool and are found in chests, dropped by enemies or rewarded for clearing encounters. Ten full Ambers are needed, and they arrive as fragments that combine.

Three early ones in Weeping Creek Valley show the pattern: a chest in a ravine south of the Broken Puppet Valley Bell, a chest of unusual crates past the Rustblade Pavilion Bell whose ambush drops another, and a chest after defeating a crazed enemy inside a house past the Outpost Bell. Chests and enemy drops carry most of them.

Memory Flowers

Memory Flowers are split into named sets of two to six petals. A complete set permanently raises the maximum health cap, and the flowers also belong to characters whose sets unlock hidden boss phases. Ten complete sets are needed for the achievement, and the individual petals number in the dozens rather than in tens. The Memory Flower page has the set-by-set breakdown and the Inanis locations.

Blackstones

Blackstone Fragments are the attack-power materials. Forty fragments combine into ten whole Blackstones, each worth a permanent +10% base Attack Power and Guard Break, so the full set is +100% damage. Mount Soulrend holds none of them. The Blackstone page covers where the fragments sit, how to apply a whole stone and which six of them open a hidden area.

Accessories

Accessories are permanent passive items with roughly 60 in the game, and 30 are required for the achievement. The eight outfits are a separate cosmetic set with their own unlock conditions, and they are not part of this achievement — the outfits and cosmetics page has all eight. Many sit in side areas rather than on the main path, so they reward exploration rather than progression. The ones worth carrying are listed on the builds page.

Book Pages and Wall Writings

The lore collectibles are grouped into named collections — "The 'Four Axes' Case Files", "Wulin Tales", "Reflections", "Investigating the Villagers' Belongings" and "Fragments of the Mandate" — and each one hands out Remnant Dust for free. Two named pieces are worth watching for: Yu'er's Medicinal Recipe, given by Yu'er after you defeat Peng Meng, and The Axemaster's Final Request, dropped by Peng Meng.

Jade chests

The jade chests are the Quick Hand Zhang request targets, marked by a jingling coin sound. Finishing every one of his requests unlocks the "Lost and Found" achievement.

What you can and cannot get back

Enemies never respawn and most regions have no point of no return, so a missed collectible can usually be recovered on a return visit. The things that genuinely expire are tracked side quests — check the Journal rather than the map when something is missing.
