Priya's Harvest Moon: Echoes of Teradea fishing zone sits behind a roped-off gate at the northern edge of the Tidewind pier. You pay 300 G for an all-day pass, fish until 8:00 pm for points rather than for fish, and the first goal attached to it — 300 points — is what opens the route to the Guardian and the second Spirit Tree.

The 300-point target is what Aaron sets to prove your angling skills to Barq, and clearing it opens the route to the Guardian on Tornado Island and to the second Spirit Tree.
Getting in and what the pass costs
Priya is at the gated doorway at the north end of the Tidewind pier, and the rope and the posters make the zone obvious once you have been to Tidewind. The pass is 300 G and it covers the whole day, so there is no reason to buy it twice in one day.
Because you cannot keep what you catch, the zone is purely a score. If you need fish for a recipe or a request, fish the open water instead and come here for the points.
The points system and the 300-point goal
Points are proportional to the size of the catch, so the small Sardines are the quickest way to reach 300 and the big fish are the quickest way to overshoot it. The message board by the gate lists which fish are in the areas that day, so check it before you pick a spot.
The 300 points unlock the route to the Guardian on Tornado Island, which is where Nera the Tidewind guardian is waiting, and with her the second Spirit Tree. Bait prices and Art's shop
Bait is 80 G inside the zone and the same bait is 30 G at Eileen's General Store in Tidewind, so buy bait before you go through the gate. The Expert Fishing Rod also comes from inside the zone, at Art's crafter shop, which becomes available once you have rescued him — so the area is worth revisiting after the rescue rather than only for points. What the 300 points actually give you
Two things, and the second one is the point of the whole system:
- The route to the Guardian on Tornado Island, where the fish that grants a wish lives under a sky of permanent sea tornadoes.
- The second Spirit Tree, the one guarded by Nera, whose restoration disperses the storms that have been battering Tidewind.
