Probably Stolen wine making starts from a very short recipe: one berry, 750 ml of water of any quality and an empty wine bottle. Base fermentation lasts 4 days. The result is determined by the grapes used, the number of grapes, whether yeast was used, and the quality of the water you used.

Probably Stolen Wine Making: The Base Recipe

Check these four for every batch:

  1. The berries — one per bottle is the base.
  2. The number of grapes — this changes the result on top of the base recipe.
  3. Yeast — whether you used it is part of what determines the outcome.
  4. Water quality — any quality works, but it still decides the result.

Base fermentation runs for 4 days. Fermentation runs overnight, so wine is the cheapest way to convert a night into margin. Bad grapes still teach you the recipe, so do not pour high-purity water into a batch you already know is moldy.

Bottles Are The Bottleneck

Bottles are the constraint on the whole line. The Bottle Printer prints them, it can be upgraded with electronic parts — a normal and a large printer unlock exist — and it needs power. Water traders need bottles for jugs and wine keepers need them for merlot.

That is why a printer is usually the first machine you buy. The machines and modules page covers where a printer goes, what it needs plugged in, and how modules change what it produces.

Staging And Selling The Batch

  • Stage finished bottles in the display case before you raise the shutter if you want buyers who came for drink.
  • Food still has to sit on the grocery row. The display case is for the bottles.
  • Watch the timing rule: anything added to the case after you open does not count until the next day.

The display case page covers how the window pulls in customers and what to bait with.
