The six hot springs

There are 6 hot springs in Harvest Moon: Echoes of Teradea, one per major environment, and every one of them carries the same map note: "You can bathe here".

The pattern is deliberate: one per climate, so the hot spring is a landmark that also tells you which region you have reached. Only one of them — Wolfrock — is a warp statue stop, so the whole list of 33 fast-travel stops is worth keeping in mind while you plan a route; it is on the warp statue page.

Wolfrock Hot Springs

Wolfrock Hot Springs, in Bloomfield, is also a warp statue destination, so it is the easiest one to reach. It is right next to Wolfrock Cave, whose vines and a Bengal Tiger guard the way down — so the cave and the bath are the same trip.

Because it is a warp statue stop, Wolfrock is the one hot spring you can return to on demand once the network is open. The full list of 33 stops is on the warp statue page.

The other four, in order of difficulty

Breezy Hot Springs sits 186 m north of Tornado Island, so it needs the Guardian catch and the Tidewind chapter. Desert Hot Springs is 134 m north of Sandy Sanctuary in the Great Sand Sea, which needs a Dromedary Camel for the sand rivers. Furnace Hot Springs is 130 m south of Lava Cavern East, which means surviving the lava route. Path Hot Springs is 86 m northeast of the Harvest Goddess Glade, so it is reachable early but sits in the misty region.

And the sixth is on Finter Island, one of the four separate remote maps, which makes it the one with the most travel attached to it.

Harvest Moon: Echoes of Teradea hot springs and what a bath actually does

One thing to be straight about: the map data and the walkthroughs confirm that bathing is available at all six, but they do not publish what a bath actually does. No stamina bonus, no skill and no reward is stated in any source.

If you are completionist-minded, the Complete Map achievement — "Unlocked all maps including Remote Islands" — tracks the maps rather than the baths, so the hot springs are best treated as regional landmarks and flavour rather than as a checklist with a documented payoff.

What they are good for in practice is navigation: one per climate means each one is a reliable "I am in the desert now" marker when you are working from memory.
