Harvest Moon: Echoes of Teradea collectables are grouped into several distinct pools, and each is tracked differently: forage on the ground, fruit trees, free seeds from Harvest Wisps, and ores from nodes.

72 harvest wisps and free seeds

The Harvest Wisps are the small seed wisps scattered across the map. They wander around a spot and give you free seeds, and 72 of them are catalogued. The list includes some seeds you cannot buy anywhere: Garlic, Barley, Kale, Rice, Ancient Rice, Ancient Wheat, Queen of the Night, Holy Grail, Globe Eggplant, Yellow Bell Pepper, Red Onion, Pineapple, Strawberry, Watermelon, Asparagus, Sparta, Broccoli, Broccolini and Cabbage among others.

They are often the only way to get a particular crop, which is what makes them worth checking on every sweep of the map. Once you have a seed, where to plant it and how to keep the soil healthy is on the crops page.

Fruit trees: 111 spawn points, 12 types

The 12 fruit tree types are Pine Sap, Apple, Coconut, Maple Syrup, Olive, Banana, Orange, Cherry, Peach, Walnut, Cacao and Coffee Fruit. Trees are maintenance-free but only fruit in their own season, which is the same rule as your own orchard plots.

Two of them have their own supply routes worth knowing. Pine Sap comes from tapped pine trees — pines with a can attached to the trunk — and there are 18 of them in the game, with the main source around Quarrytop and the lower level of Quarrytop near the central bonfire being the easiest. Pine Sap is 50 G each at Heather's General Store if you cannot reach the snow region yet. Maple Syrup comes from tapped maple trees in Maplehill, and the easiest is in the Scholars' Retreat area just east of Beatrice's mansion, or 50 G a bottle from Jeffrey at the Maple Mart, one bottle per day.

26 ores that respawn every three days

The 26 ore and gemstone types are the one pool that is genuinely renewable rather than a one-time sweep: every node respawns after 3 days, so a resource route can be farmed on a loop instead of being exhausted.

That makes the ore route the cheapest regular job in the game, and it is what the DocPad dowsing function is built for. Where the nodes are, which ones need the Expert Pickaxe and where Diamond sits is all on the ore and gems page.
