Tensei Brave uncensored version is a separate download: the Steam build ships censored, and the publisher distributes a +18 patch that you apply on top of the copy you already own.
Where the +18 patch comes from
The Steam build carries the mature-content warning on its store page, so the explicit scenes have to be unlocked separately instead of being part of the game itself.
The publisher distributes the patch from its own product page for this title, otaku-plan.net/games/2445430, which links the patch archive Tensei-Brave-Patch.zip on both Google Drive and Dropbox. The artwork behind the scenes sits in the in-game album as well, and the CG gallery guide explains what the Recollection Room holds.
How to apply it
The patch is a separate download from the game itself. Own the Steam copy first, then apply the patch on top of that installation — the two are not alternatives to each other, and the patch does not include the game.
Known gaps in the patched build
The patched build is missing six to seven of the voiced hotel scenes that the full data set contains.
Players who bought both versions report that the events do trigger, but those scenes come up untranslated with a white screen instead of graphics. The problem has been filed with the publisher's support, so an untranslated scene in the hotel is a known patch issue rather than something wrong with your install.
Update before you patch
The patch goes on top of a full game install, so keep the game data current: the current PC data version is 1.0.9.7.4 of 2026/08/20. The data is downloaded through the platform you bought the game on, and because save data cannot be carried over from an earlier version, an update starts from a clean save. The version history guide has every update in order.
