Probably Stolen item list covers nine stock groups you will actually handle in a 1.0 shop. Everything else in the game is a tool, a document or a piece of waste, and the flags on each item decide how you have to handle it.

The two neon signs — the water sign and the household items sign — are the ones that change who walks in, which is why the water trading page starts with them.
Prices readable on a 1.0 commissary panel are paid in Tokens rather than shop credits: Basic Bandage 8, Nutrifruit 12, Puice 14, Pilk 16, Peat 25, Galaxy Blend 25 and Sealed Water Ration (Standard) 30.
Items carry state flags that decide their handling. Stolen or heat and contraband are separate flags from fake or low quality, and each one needs a different answer from you.
Tools Are Items Too
The tools are items too: magnifying glass, handbooks — the Hemingway Cigarette Authenticity Handbook, the metallurgy manual, the water trading guide, the hydroponic farming manual — blue and red labelers, Composition Spectrometer, water testing kit and strips, mouse traps, Surgery Tools, knife, plasma cutter, bandages, energy cells and power bricks.
