The Culdcept BEGINS card list is 400 cards in total: 199 Creatures, 81 Items and 120 Spells. The complete set is published as a full list split by card type and, for Creatures, by element, and the same set is browsable in-game.

Every visual in this set is new for this entry, and older Culdcept titles have their own, different card sets. The set is presented as nearly 400 new card designs, with key Creature designs by Satoshi Matsuura.
Where to Browse Every Card
- The in-game Card Library reads card text aloud, so you can check a card without reading it closely.
- The Card Shop shows the full collection with filters and sorting, so you can look up any card you own or have not yet obtained.
- Every entry in either place records the card's name, rarity, element, G cost, whether a discard is required, AT, HP, its keyword abilities, and an advice or story note.
Rarity is the other axis the Card Library records, and card rarity explains the four tiers and the copy limits behind them.
The keyword abilities used across the set include Attacks First, Penetrates, Critical Hit, Boost, Support, Neutralizes Attacks, Reflects Attacks, Scroll Attack, Scroll Critical Hit, Defensive, Regeneration, Instant Death, Forbidden Art, Anti-Spell and Territory Ability, plus the enchantments Paralysis, Senility, Sleep, Poison, Immobilize and Land Effect Locked.
Where a Card Can Be Deployed
A card entry also records where it can be deployed. Many Creatures require a matching territory — for example "Fire Territory Required" — and some require a card to be discarded, or carry a Deployment Limit or an Item Limit. That is why a Book can look strong on paper and still fail on the board.
Neutral Is a Full Element
Neutral is a full element in its own right and includes several of the most powerful cards in the set, so a Book is never limited to the four coloured elements.
Getting Cards Without Spending Every Coin
The collection is digital: cards are bought singly or pulled from packs in the Card Shop, so the set is completed by spending gold rather than by finding physical cards. The Steam edition also hands out an Onyx card as a limited-time early-purchase bonus, from October 28 to December 27, 2026 (JST).
