Culdcept BEGINS gold farming runs on a fixed setup that reaches about 2000 G in roughly two minutes of play: Solo Play Mode, an end-game map, handicaps, a 6000 G match at R95 with sudden death off, and an all-Fire Book of cheap monsters.

Culdcept BEGINS Gold Farming: The Setup

  1. Play in Solo Play Mode.
  2. Use the Dark God map, an end-game map. If you do not have it yet, use Gaidess Arena 2 instead — it gives comparable gold.
  3. Alliance 2v2: set the handicap to +3 for your side, you and your ally, and +2 for the enemy AI.
  4. Match settings: 6000 G, R95, sudden death off.
  5. All Fire element, and land level set to 2.
  6. Let the enemy AI use an all-equipment Book.
  7. Enable autoplay and 2× speed so you do not have to play the matches manually.

The Book: Cheap Fire Monsters

Four copies each of these ten cards, for 40 in total:

Giant Rat, Goblin, Statue, Wolf, Zombie, Old Willow, Fly, Holy Word 8, Permission, Word of Recall.

Book code: wGBA QAAH AwAM DiY# KEEb

  • Old Willow is not essential — any four low-cost Fire monsters without a technical ability work, and the point is to have four Fire monsters in the deck.
  • Do not build the deck entirely out of Neutral monsters, because the AI will then not place monsters on lands.
  • The effect of the deck is that it speeds up completed games, so you get through more matches in less time.

The Handicap Has to Be Built Up

The handicap levels unlock as you complete solo games with the previous handicap levels enabled, so the method has to be built up over a few runs rather than used at full strength on the first attempt.

Where the Farming Matches Run

Everything above happens inside the solo side of the game, where autoplay and 2× speed are available and the handicap system lives. Multiplayer modes lists every mode in the game and what each one is for.

Where Gold Normally Comes From

Outside the farming loop, gold comes from the normal economy: collecting tolls from opponents who land on your land, the magic you gain each time you complete a lap of the board, Manna and other economy Spells, and selling cards you no longer need from the Card Shop, including in bulk.

Selling Cards You No Longer Need

A Book with 40 slots does not need 40 different cards, so the Card Shop is a steady income source on top of the farming loop. Card packs and the Card Shop covers how the shop opens and what it sells.
