Isekai Guardians daily quest: Open Home, work through the checklist the panel lists, then press Claim Reward. The two are separate actions, so a checklist you fill in but never claim pays nothing at all.

Isekai Guardians daily quest: the four activities

The daily quest panel tracks a fixed set of activities rather than anything you choose, and the official in-game screen shows it set to Login 1/1, Fight 1x 1/1, Fish 1x 1/1 and Mission 1x 1/1. That counts as four of three required activities, because logging in is counted alongside the three things you do. The panel shows both the checklist and the required count, so you always know whether you are done or one activity short.

Work through them in whatever order fits your session: log in, take a fight, cast a line, and finish a mission all contribute. If the game asks you to recover in the Temple first, the checklist cannot be completed until you come back after recovery.

Claim Reward is a separate step

Finishing the activities is only half of it. You still have to press Claim Reward on the panel, and that is when the payout lands: the official screen shows +250 XP, +1000 Gold and +10 Vouchers for a completed daily quest.

If you complete the activities and close the panel without claiming, the work is not banked. Claim before you log out, and treat the claim button as the last action of your session rather than an optional extra.

The 28-day reward calendar and its milestones

Next to the daily quest sits a reward calendar that runs a 28-day cycle. It shows your current streak, and the official screen shows a best streak of 7, alongside the milestone rewards you are working toward:

  1. Day 7 — Iron Chest and an Iron Key
  2. Day 14 — Dark Chest and a Dark Key
  3. Day 21 — 100x Voucher
  4. Day 28 — a Mythical+ Guardian

Milestone rewards are awarded along with qualifying daily claims, so the calendar only moves if you keep claiming. Reaching the end of the calendar completes one cycle, and your next claim starts a fresh one, which is not the same thing as losing a streak. Missing a streak deadline, though, can reset your progress, so keep an eye on the streak and cycle figures on Home rather than assuming the calendar will wait for you.

Read the countdown before you plan tomorrow

The calendar displays a countdown to the next daily quest, shown as 11h 59m on the official screen. Use that timer as the deadline for claiming instead of your device's midnight, because it is the only deadline the game actually enforces.

Plan tomorrow's session backwards from it: if you need a mission for the checklist, start it with enough time to finish before the timer runs out, and if you need Energy for that mission, make sure you have some in the bank before you start. The resource guide covers how to raise your Energy cap and keep HP topped up, which is what makes the checklist achievable on consecutive days.

Achievements sit next to the daily quest

The Home panel also carries the achievements block, so you will see it in the same place you claim the daily quest. It shows overall completion, how many achievements you have unlocked, the points you have earned, and how many are left. Because achievements track longer-term progress in several areas at once, the daily quest is only one of the things feeding them.

The achievements guide explains which categories are tracked and how tier requirements work, so you can tell the ones that need sustained effort from the ones you can tick off today.
