Isekai Guardians reputation guide: The Reputation screen tracks your standing with the four cities — Astreus, Beluria, Elysium and Ostheim — and with four Astreus factions: the Slayers Guild, the Astrean Royal Knights, the Merchant Alliance and the Underground Vagabonds. Successful missions and Brawl victories are the sources, and the Ambassador Store in Astreus spends the faction tokens you earn.
Isekai Guardians reputation guide: what it tracks
- Four city standings — Astreus, Beluria, Elysium and Ostheim.
- Four Astreus faction standings — the Slayers Guild, the Astrean Royal Knights, the Merchant Alliance and the Underground Vagabonds.
That is eight separate numbers, and they do not all move together. Where you earn depends on the place and the activity: city missions build standing with their city, while faction-related missions contribute to the relevant Astreus faction.
You do not need to calculate every gain. Check the screen after completing activities and see where your efforts are taking you.
Where reputation comes from
Two activities are the sources, and both are ones you are running anyway:
- Successful missions — city missions build city standing, faction assignments build faction standing.
- Brawl victories — which also count as a source of reputation.
The missions guide covers the assignments themselves, and the Brawl guide covers the NPC fights. Doing both is the cheapest way to move eight numbers at once, which is why they are worth pairing with your daily quest.
Spending it: the Ambassador Store
The Ambassador Store in Astreus sells offers bought with faction tokens. Tokens are separate inventory items, and each of the four Astreus factions has its own token type.
Two things to read before you save up for an offer:
- The store displays each faction's token balance and the cost of the available offers.
- Your reputation total and your token balance are two different resources, so check which faction's tokens the offer actually requires before you start saving.
Available items and other rewards depend on what the store currently offers, so the store itself is where you confirm what is on sale today.
Local Folk in each city
Reputation is not affinity. Affinity belongs to your relationship with individual people, and it is tracked separately from your standing with a city or a faction.
Open Local Folk in a city to meet its residents, chat when the option is available, and check whether someone has a request. Local requests can ask for gold or particular items, and the screen shows what is needed and the reward before you complete one. Let their conversations and requests reveal more of the world as you revisit them.
Local Folk panels sit inside the cities themselves, which the cities and travel guide maps out service by service.
Getting a reputation summary in one glance
- Check the Reputation screen after a session rather than after every activity.
- Pair city missions with faction assignments so both kinds of standing move in the same evening.
- Add Brawls to the routine for a second source of gains.
- Save for an Ambassador Store offer by checking its faction's token type first, since the wrong token is the commonest reason a purchase cannot be made.
